Tanya is passionate and committed to personal spiritual growth, nutrition and health and has been researching and experimenting since 1986, due to early health issues. With daily exercise, having had practiced astanga yoga for 14yrs and meditation for 33 yrs, Tanya is feeling vital and healthy at 56.

She shares her knowledge with you in your session, and intuitively guides you to release not only physical matter yet also emotional and energetic blocks.

As a mother of four sons ranging from 15 to 34 years of age, she needs to be at her utmost optimum health.

The clinic is set in a peaceful setting in a beautiful cabin clinic using the Dotolo enclosed pressure system which is very gentle no fuss no mess set up, making the colonic an often relaxing process.

This is the most common question, I will give you a few tips on this.  Firstly if your treatment is a few days to a week away its best to cut out or back on wheat, dairy, red meat, sugar and alcohol.... this will ease up the digestive system and start to help you release well during the colonic.  On the day of the treatment eat very light ie; a juice, smoothie or piece of fruit for breakfast several hours prior to treatment.  If your treatment is after lunch or in the evening please don't eat 3 hrs prior to treatment it is best to have an empty stomach.  I also find it helpful not to drink too much water 2 hrs prior to treatment as this helps the bladder not to feel full during the treatment, but by all means drink plenty of water well up to the 2 hrs prior.  If you are not sure please phone me. Best to come with an open mind and willingness to "let go" we do our utmost best to put you at ease.

You will be covered to ensure your comfort. Sterile and disposable attachments are used in an enclosed system ensuring the highest standard of hygiene. A speculum with an inflow and outflow tube attached is gently inserted into the rectum, then it's all smooth sailing. Warm filtered water is then gently infused into the colon whilst the abdomen is massaged, encouraging the bowel to release old hardened faecal matter, trapped gas, mucous, flushing out toxins and even parasites.

No. Overall it is a relaxing and gentle process, it may be just a little uncomfortable at times, however it is well worth it for the reward of improved wellbeing. Think of the old saying - 'better out than in'.

Most people feel a renewed zest for life, clarity of mind, emotional balance and a positive attitude to necessary changes to diet and lifestyle. It also helps us reconnect to our digestive system, as we can easily get disconnected from this vital element of our daily functioning, ignoring those warning signals, indigestion, bloating and constipation, allowing our stomach to distend and thicken, this is all unnecessary. If at all you have any questions or discomfort the following day, please feel free to phone me.

It is quite normal to have a bit of gas in the colon after the treatment or miss a day of having a bowel motion, so don't panic if this occurs. We recommend a healthy diet after of easy digestible foods, and sipping on camomile or peppermint tea. Avoid broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, lentils, chickpeas and beans as they will add to a gas problem.

Approximately one hour,  please be on time we will phone you if we are running behind time, this is unusual but can occasionally happen.
