WHAT TO DO PRIOR TO YOUR TREATMENT
This is the most common question, I will give you a few tips on this. Firstly if your treatment is a few days to a week away its best to cut out or back on wheat, dairy, red meat, sugar and alcohol.... this will ease up the digestive system and start to help you release well during the colonic. On the day of the treatment eat very light ie; a juice, smoothie or piece of fruit for breakfast several hours prior to treatment. If your treatment is after lunch or in the evening please don't eat 3 hrs prior to treatment it is best to have an empty stomach. I also find it helpful not to drink too much water 2 hrs prior to treatment as this helps the bladder not to feel full during the treatment, but by all means drink plenty of water well up to the 2 hrs prior. If you are not sure please phone me. Best to come with an open mind and willingness to "let go" we do our utmost best to put you at ease.
