Newsletter March 2008
Welcome to 2008! I hope you all survived the Christmas festivities and New year mayhem. Thank you for all your support to my business in 2007 it has been a great 1st year for me and an honour to assist you in your journey to health. This is the first of many news letters that will be sent out with great information, about what is important to you and your family’s health, so start a file and collect them as they start coming in.
There has been a new addition to the business, with Carol Kunowski bringing her 14yrs experience in colon hydrotherapy. Carol is available most late afternoons and evenings and Saturday afternoons. I will be working most days till mid afternoon and Saturday mornings this will ensure we can see everyone and allow me to continue with my Nutrition course, increasing my knowledge of all aspects of nutrition and be a certified Nutritionist at the end…very exciting.
v Tips for high energy levels….eat 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid foods… v Eat as much raw food as possible…. v No fruit after lunch time…this will minimise gas and bloating…keep fruit for first thing in morning as its easy to digest. v Eat small portions of protein at your 3 main meals…ie: tuna, salmon, sardines, chicken, tofu v Minimise your red meat intake to 2 to 3 times a week and a small portion size of the palm of your hand. v Drink plenty of water up to 2 litres per day between meals and snacks.
Aims herbal fiberblend is $55 great value and a fabulous cleansing yet nourishing support for stomach, small and large intestine.

If you are up to a new year cleanse give us a call to discuss appt times and we will support and guide you to a new level of health, light, clean and energised. NB: Just a note to couples booking in ….ladies please make sure your husbands are well informed on what the procedure entails and that they are more than willing to come, as it can be a very confronting experience for most men….so please don’t bring them if they are very unsure.. Us as women are much more relaxed about this area of the body and we are more familiar with procedures like pap smears, child birth and also our monthly periods. We are also naturally the receivers…..Men in most situations are not so keen on the idea of the speculum being inserted and it needs to be well thought and felt out before you bring them…please respect their fears about this.Thank you…
I have just come back from an incredible 2 night stay at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, it was everything and more than I expected….the facilities top class, the food all organic 5 star and plenty, great activities, amazing treatments, and beautifully situated in the Tallebudgerra Valley high up on a mountain….i cant speak highly enough of this place, for more info go to their website…www.gwingannna.com great for a girls weekend or a reconnecting with your loved one….very romantic
Below is a great snippet of info about fruits and vegetables quite fascinating…..
Well wishes Tanya and Carol
